Hard to find a better location than just steps from International Dr with walking distance to dozens of great restaurants and night time activities. You will be approximately 1.5 miles from Universal property, there are sidewalks to walk to Universal or take a quick uber ride. You have access to 2 resort size pools and gym, including an indoor heated pool. Newly remodeled with brand new everything.
Beautifully remodeled studio condo in steps from all the action of International Drive (dozens of restaurants, shopping and nightly entertainment) and walking distance (about 1.5 miles) to Universal. If you get tired of walking, there are plenty of cheap ubers since we are so close to Universal.
This beautiful unit has all new tile floors (no dirty carpets), brand new bathroom and furniture. You won't find a more amazing unit.

You can tan by the pool or soak in the indoor pool if you want to avoid the sun or heat. Work out in the gym, walk to dinner, shops and night time activities. There are 2 outdoor resort size pools, one heated and one not heated.
Upon booking:
You will be asked to provide your email and phone number.
You will be asked to provide a valid ID.
You will be asked to provide an image of the credit card used for booking, showing your name and the last 4 digit of the card used.
You will be asked to sign a rental agreement and credit authorization form.
Baby cribs and playpens are an additional charge.
Early check in and late check out may be possible, but we won't know until the day of check in/out.
You can't find a better location. We are just off International drive. You will be steps from shops, restaurants and night time activities. We are also less than a mile from Universal.
All local guest (Orange, Seminole and Osceola County Florida) must have approval from host PRIOR to booking or we will cancel reservation with no refund
NO PARTIES! DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY TO THROW A PARTY. Police will be called. Party will be shut down. No return of security deposit if there is a party. No additional guest on the property except for those declared on your reservation.
Guest Count: For security reasons, the number of people sleeping at the home and their names must be declared in your reservation head count before arrival. We do not allow visitors at the homes. Each undeclared person at the home will result in $40/per person, per night charge. Please declare the accurate amount of people at the home
NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! $500 fee will incur if there is a smoke odor in the home.
NO OPEN FLAMES/NO CANDLES

This is not a hotel. There are no maids/shuttles/breakfast
Please take shoes off upon entering the home
DO NOT use the premises for illegal activity.
Please remove shoes upon entering the house.
If there is blood, makeup or other stains on our sheets, you will be invoiced for new replacement sheets.
NO PETS! If pet on site, $400 fee!
We require a valid copy of the Driver's License or Passport. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, name on ID should be the same as the credit card used to pay for room. Must be 21
We do not accept post office mail at this property. UPS and Fedex does delivery to this property (front desk may charge $10/package or more to receive package for you) but please do not have packages delivered to the house before or after you arrive. Other guest might be staying at the house and we can’t guarantee acceptance of the package for you.
Guests will also receive a Welcome Kit. The Welcome Kit gets you started on your vacation by providing a few additional necessities, such as:
dish soap
dishwasher pods
One kitchen sponge
trash bags
In addition, the complimentary items below are provided as a convenience for when you first arrive. Additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest.
Two full rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
Travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and bars of soap in each bathroom
One full roll of paper towels in the kitchen
The property is equipped with basic housekeeping supplies. A broom/dustpan and mop. There are also house hold cleaners under the kitchen sink for your convenience
If any rules are broken then it is considered breach of contract the guest agrees to forfeit the entire deposit and will be responsible for all damages and all additional cleaning fees.
