4 Bathrooms Super clean Home with 3 Suites ( Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom) located in the best location for your visit to Orlando. Next door to the Convention Center and just down the street from Universal Orlando and Sea World. Disney is a 10 minute ride down the interstate. Located off International Drive, you will be steps alway from world class restaurants and night life such as Andretti Racing, Top Golf, Orlando Eye, Point Orlando and hundreds and attractions along International Drive.
Covid-19 Sanitization: Our home has always been super clean and sanitized after each guest. Since Covid-19, our cleaners have taken extra measures to completely clean and sanitize the home.
*Our home does NOT have any carpeted areas. We have always felt that hard surface flooring (wood or tile) has always allowed us to clean and sanitize the flooring much better. We also ask that guest remove shoes when they enter the house.
*All hard surfaces are wiped down and soft areas like sofa are sprayed with sanitizers.
*All our sheets and linens are white so that we can completely bleach all sheets and linens.
*Our cleaners do have access to air ionizers when needed to filter out the air.
We have always maintained a super clean and sanitize home and will continue to do so for all our guest.
The house is set up to be a vacation rental. Things are keep minimal and super clean to reduce dust and clutter. You have access to the entire home, except the garage. The house has 3 suites, each bedroom has it's own private bathroom. Makes it great for groups traveling together or multiple families as there is privacy of a full bathroom inside each bedroom. All bedding linens and towels are provided for your use. This is a great property that is kept super clean for your comfort.
The kitchen is stock with the basic items you need to make a quick meal.
There is a parking garage you can use as well as a driveway. There is additional parking in the community parking lot so parking should not be an issue.
Upon booking:
You will be asked to provide your email and phone number.
You will be asked to provide a valid ID.
You will be asked to provide an image of the credit card used for booking, showing your name and the last 4 digit of the card used.
You will be asked to sign a rental agreement and credit authorization form.
Baby cribs and playpens are an additional charge.
Early check in and late check out may be possible, but we won't know until the day of check in/out.

No additional guest on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guest are allowed in the home. No visitors of any kind.
Please keep noise to a minimum and be mindful or neighbors.
Exterior video cameras: we have surveillance cameras on the exterior of the home. Any attempt to disable or cover the camera will result in $150 fine for us to send maintenance to check the cameras
Guest Count: For security reasons, the number of people sleeping at the home and their names must be declared in your reservation head count before arrival. We do not allow visitors at the homes. Each undeclared person at the home will result in $40/per person, per night charge. Please declare the accurate amount of people at the home
NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! $500 fee will incur if there is a smoke odor in the home.
Check in time 4pm and check out time 10am.
DO NOT use the premises for illegal activity.
Please remove shoes upon entering the house.
If there is blood, makeup or other stains on our sheets, you will be invoiced for new replacement sheets.
Pets must be declared at time of booking and approved. There is a pet fee. Any unclaimed pet is a $300 fee. We are in compliance with ADA and FHA. Just make sure you have the proper paperwork.
We require a valid copy of the Driver's License or Passport. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, name on ID should be the same as the credit card used to pay for room. Must be 21
We do not accept post office mail at this property. UPS and Fedex does delivery to this property but please do not have packages delivered to the house before or after you arrive. Other guest might be staying at the house and we can’t guarantee acceptance of the package for you.
Guests will also receive a Welcome Kit. The Welcome Kit gets you started on your vacation by providing a few additional necessities, such as:
dish soap
dishwasher pods
One kitchen sponge
laundry detergent
trash bags
In addition, the complimentary items below are provided as a convenience for when you first arrive. Additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest.
Two full rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
Travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and bars of soap in each bathroom
One full roll of paper towels in the kitchen
The property is equipped with basic housekeeping supplies. A broom/dustpan and mop. There are also house hold cleaners under the kitchen sink for your convenience.
If any rules are broken then it is considered breach of contract the guest agrees to forfeit the entire deposit and will be responsible for all damages and all additional cleaning fees.

We have motion activated security cameras on the exterior of the house. The front door, back yard and part of the driveway. If the cameras are shut off, blocked or covered, we reserve the right to enter the property to check the amount of guests along with charging a $150 fee. We will confirm with our ISP that there is not an outage first.
